Staffreconunended approval of the <br />Amended Planned Urnt Development of a CUb Foods and building addition to the <br />Shannon Square Shopping Center with conditions as outlined in their report. <br /> <br />Chair Sand invited applicant to make comment. <br /> <br />Paul Tucci, Oppidan, Inc., stated they were asking for a varian:ce for the setback to allow <br />a relocation of the existing Now Bikes and Fitness operation. He updated the <br />Commission on what the City Council had requested at the last Council meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner ZimmetlnaI1 asked where the entrance would be to the Now Bikes and <br />Fitness space. Mr. Tticcireplied thaHhe entnuiCe would be from the southwest front <br />corner of Shannon Square. The proposed addition would be to thellOuthweSt corner at <br />the rear of the shopping center, creating additiottalspace for the tenant <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman asked if it was true that they had removed the drive-thru <br />portion of the phannacy. Mr. Tucci replied CUb had reevaluated thedrive-thru pharmacy <br />aud it made more sense to take it off for this store, which would increase the parking. <br /> <br />Chair Saud asked if the name ofShailnon Square would stay the same.
