The applicant shall obtain final plat approval prior to the issuance of an occupancy <br />permit. <br />2. A final grading, drainage, and utility plan be submitted to and approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />3. The applicant shall submit a landscape performance bond or other surety for 125% of the <br />cost of materials and installation valid one full year from the date of installation prior to <br />the issuance of a building permit. <br />4. The applicant shall obtain all necessary permits from the Ric,e Creek Watershed District, <br />MPCA, and other governmental entities. <br />5. Compliance with the Zoning Code and related municipal ordinances. <br />6. The applicant shall provide a landscaping plan and planting schedule for the <br />Supplemental Planting Zones which shall require final review and approval by the City <br />Planner. <br />7. The applicant shall address deficit in the 4.5 to 5 caliper inch category of the Landscaping <br />Requirements and any changes in this regard shall require final review and approval by <br />the City Planner. <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br />_ <br /> <br />I. Table for additional information. <br /> <br />Deadline for Mencv Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on February 3, 2003. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue, the City must act on this request by April 5, 2003 (60 days), <br />unless the city provides the petitioner with written reasons for and additional 60 day review <br />period.
