The biggest concern with the boxes would be that none of the boxes checked were <br />capable of producing the maximum cooling CFM requirements. It also seems that one of the <br />VMA controllers has failed and is currently unable to modulate the discharge air damper. <br />. The sequence of operation in section 15950 calls for a summerlwinter mode of <br />] operation that has not been programmed into the controllers at this time_ The sequence of <br />operation on the as-built drawings as presented from the controls contractor refers to an <br />"unoccupied" mode of operation; however, the boxes are not set up on the main computer for <br />occupied/unoccupied operation. <br /> <br />Please see this section for further information on all observations. <br /> <br />] <br />] <br />] <br />] <br />] <br />J <br />J <br />u. <br />J <br />
