Ramsey County concurs with the results <br />of the traffic study with the following comments. <br /> <br />L The proposed redevelopment of the site will create a bank facility and associated parking <br />near the intersection of County Road E and Pine Tree Drive. This site will generate minimal <br />trips to and from the sitc compared to existing volumes on County Road E. The additional <br />traffic generated is not expected to create significant problems along County Road E or Pine <br />Tree Drive. The proposed exit only access to. County Road E is acceptable to the County. <br /> <br />2. The report recommends a width of 16 feet for the exit only driveway. Ramsey County <br />recommends that the driveway width be increased to 18 feet for a one-way access point. <br /> <br />3. The developer will be required to place "Do Not Enter" signs at the opening to the driveway <br />as stated in the traffic study. A "Stop" sign will also be required for traffic exiting the site. <br /> <br />4. The developer will be required to obtain permits from Ramsey County for access <br />construction and utility work within Ramsey County right-of-way along and County Road E. <br /> <br />Thanks for the opportunity to make additional comments regarding this issue.
