<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM No. 7.C <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-35 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FORBIDS FOR RECONSTRUCfION OF <br />LIFT STATIONS 2 and 5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon completion of a preliminary report, the City of Arden Hills <br />ordered the reconstruction of Lift Stations 2 and 5. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills authorized the preparation of detailed plans <br />and specifications addressing the necessary requirements for reconstruction of Lift Stations <br />and 5. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota that it approves the plans and specifications for the reconstruction <br />of lift Stations 2 and 5, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RE SOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills to <br />hereby direct URS to advertise bids for the reconstruction of Lift Stations 2 and 5. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 14'h day of April, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski, MAYOR <br /> <br />Cynthia Young, DEPUIY ClERK <br />
