<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />MARCH 31, 2003 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />City with an executed copy of the alternative method of <br />property division. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Grant <br />seconded a motion to approve the Planned Unit Development <br />Permit attached to staff's March 25, 2003 report subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />a. Execution of the document by the City after all the <br />required information has been provided. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />The lift station easement as referenced in the Master and <br />Final Planned Unit Development Pennit; Paragraph 3.00, <br />number 7, shall be executed as a separate document and <br />shall reflect the legal description as stated in the <br />proposed Registered Land Survey after it is registered <br />with the Registrar of Titles. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden <br />seconded a motion to approve the Development Agreement <br />subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />a. Execution of the document by the City after all the <br />required information has been provided. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />B. TCAAP - None. <br /> <br />7. OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />A. Highway 96: Cost Participation Agreement; Financing Plan; <br />Underpass/overpass <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish explained that since staff was not aware that the reconstruction of <br />Highway 96 was being considered as a 2003 project, no funds were budgeted <br />
