A survey which highlights portions of Round Lake Court. The yellow-shaded <br />area represents those portions of Round Lake Court which were dedicated as <br />public roads on the plat of the Gateway Addition or on the plat of Butcher's <br />Allotment NO.1. Portions of the yellow-shaded area have been improved and <br />are being used as a road access. <br /> <br />2. A deed of conveyance from AmberJack, Ltd. to the City which describes the <br />blue-shaded area on the survey. Technically, AmberJack has conveyed their <br />right to use this area. This was a mistake. They should have conveyed it <br />subject to an access easement, or they should have conveyed a road and utility <br />easement to the City over this area without conveying fee title. <br /> <br />3. A deed of conveyance from the State of Minnesota to the City which describes <br />the property included in the green-shaded area on the survey. This area was <br />acquired from the State of Minnesota subject to the restriction that it could only <br />be used for highway purposes. This area has been improved with a public road, <br />but has not been dedicated for public use. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />A proposed access easement from the City to AmberJack, Ltd. <br /> <br />.
