Appoint Operations & Maintenance Worker: Appointment of Aaron <br />Andrews to Operations and Maintenance staff. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Grant <br />seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented and to authorize execution of all necessary <br />documents contained therein. A. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2003 PMP Assessment Hearing - Karth LakelIngerson Neighborhoods <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski opened the public hearing at 7: I 0 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski introduced the 2003 PMP Assessment Hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown explained the project and the policies that were used to prepare the <br />special assessment role. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski eXplained the rules for the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Ms. Young announced that the appropriate notices had been published and <br />mailed. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski noted at this time, the City had received five letters indicating <br />their objection to their individual assessment rate. The letters represented the <br />following addresses: 1228 Carlton Drive; 1216 Ingerson Road; 1226 Ingerson <br />Road; 1300 Ingerson Road; and 3162 North Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />Linda Swanson, 1124 Inl!:erson Road, representative of Josephine Hills <br />Association, read from a prepared statement objecting the proposed assessment for <br />the Association property. <br />
