We are also thankful that <br />the City of Arden Hills is concerned in taking good care of its <br />neighborhoods and streets! <br /> <br />The City has assessed $7059.42 based on the linear frontage of our property <br />at 1322 Cannon Ave. Since this property is situated on a corner lot, the <br />assessment is higher than the average properties in the area. We appeal the <br />frontage calculations to be adjusted to approximately 100 linear feet.
