The lot is 20' of frontage <br />on the street side and 120' (jffrontage on the lakefront. According to assessment <br />our property is being charged $6,120 for 120'. Ail our street side frontage is 20' <br />.at $6,120 we are being charged at $306 per flllOt. This.is an unjust assessment <br />when compared with our neighbors. <br />o Our neighbors at 1298 Ingerson Rd. have 100' offrontage ofstreet side <br />and are being assessed at $5,100 or $51 per foot. <br />o Our neighbors at 1296 Ingerson Rd, have 100' of frontage on street side <br />and are being assessed at $5,100 or $51 per foot. <br /> <br />By our calculations we are being grossly overcharged by $255 per foot. This is obviously <br />a mistake and ()UC property needs to be reassessed to bring it in line with the assessment <br />charged to others on Ingerson Road. <br /> <br />To clarify this matter we have enclosed a map of the property at 1300, 1298, and 1296 <br />Ingerson Rd mentioned above. <br /> <br />We appreciate the' ities time on this issue. <br /> <br />
