The City's Assessment Roll is inaccurate and overstates the amount offootage owned <br />by the Association along the City's Ingerson Court right-of-way. <br /> <br />. The property owned by the Association cannot be developed and thus should be <br />exempt from the City's Assessment Roll; <br /> <br />. The proposed assessment for improvement to Ingerson Court exceeds any special <br />benefit to the property owned by the Association and thus, should be exempt from the <br />City's Assessment Roll; and <br /> <br />.
