Stat 13,03, Subd, 2 and 13,05, Subd. 5 & 8) <br /> <br />At its April 14, 2003 meeting, the City Council removed the Data Practices Procedures issue <br />from the agenda. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends the Council review the Arden Data Practices Procedure and direct staff to <br />bring Resolution No.03-30: Adopting the Arden Hills Data Practices Procedure, to its <br />Monday, April 28, 2003 meeting, consent. <br />
