Resolution No. 02-59: Receiving the Feasibility Study of Klj,rtbL~ke <br />East and Ingerson Neigbborbood.s 2003 PMP <br /> <br />Mr. Brown explained the CollncH had a,uthorized the preparatiqn ofa feasibility <br />report for the 20.0.3 Pavement Management Program on SeptenJber3o.,ZOQZ, The <br />20.0.3 PMP included the Karth Lake East and the Ingerson neighborhoodS. He <br />stated the 20.0.3 budget also included the seal coating of the neighborho,odbound <br />by Highway 96, Hamline Avenue, Highway 10. and 1-694. He stated the work Was <br />not proposed to be assessed, and residents of the seal coating neighborhoo<.ls had <br />not been directly informed of the project to date. The seal coating work would be <br />done under a separate contract from the work included in this feasibility report. <br /> <br />. Council Member Rem requested the City Engineer develop some other options <br />regarding the Femwood area. <br />
