<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />j <br />, ' <br />,~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br />EN HILLS <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />April 23, 2003 <br /> <br />Agenda Item 6.A.1 <br /> <br />Mayor md City Council <br />Peter Hellegers, City Planlle~ <br />CV <br />Case #03-08 <br />Ramsey County / Partners Public Works Facility <br />Hamline Avenue md Highway 96 <br />Special Use Permit <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit to allow for a Public Works Facility. <br /> <br />Planninl!: Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planlling Case #03-08 the Planlling Commission is recommending approval ofthe Special Use <br />Permit for the Public Works Facility with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br /> <br />All necessary building permits shall be filed with the City Building Official. <br />All necessary signage permits shall be filed with the City Planller. <br />The number ofhmdicapped accessible parking spaces shall comply with the State <br />Building Code requirements. <br />The applicant shall slJbmit a landscape performance bond or other surety for <br />125% of the cost of materials and installation valid one full year from the date of <br />installation. <br />Detailed final grading, utility, drainage, and erosion control plans shall be <br />submitted to the City Engineer for approval. <br />Compliance with the applicable provisions ofthe Zoning Ordinmce. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />PC #03-08- CC Memo 04/23/2003 - Page 1 of 2 <br />
