The <br />purpose of this study is to dctcrmine the traffic impacts on the adjacent roadway systcm related to <br />the proposed devclopment. This study includes a traffic operations analysis during the a.m. and <br />p.m. pcak hours for cxisting and future build conditions. All access to the sitc will be to/frGm <br />CSAH 96 at Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />Existing Conditions <br /> <br />Traffic operations for existing conditions were analyzcd at the following key intersections: <br /> <br />· CSAH 96 and Snelling A venue <br />· CSAH 96 and Hamline A venue <br /> <br />These intersections are incllJded in the current construction project on CSAH 96. This analysis <br />will be used to determine the geometric layout of these intersections.
