This document was originally <br />created for the considerations of transfer of Federal land for a maintenancc facility. <br /> <br />An EA W is not required for the proposed facility per the following: <br /> <br />Greg Downing, MPCA, identified the note on Page 23 of the Guide to lvlinnesota <br />Environmental Review Rules at the bottom of the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional <br />Facilities section that reads: "Gross rloor Space is the total square footage of all floors, <br />including all sb:uctures on the site, but not including parking spaces or approach areas <br />(4410.0200, subpart 35)." <br /> <br />This project is under the minimum square foorage requirements. <br />
