I see this site as a gem and an opportunity to control <br />a large area for development. If you continue to cut up the <br />property like this you will end up with a patchwork area. <br /> <br />Third, I strenuously object to the present plan for the arsenal <br />area as it is presented by Rehbein and the others. In addition <br />to being ugly, the plan shows no attempt to address the ills of <br />suburban development. Instead, it appears that the three <br />companies that offer this project have made the plan based solely <br />on the product, the buildings, they are currently building in all <br />of their other developments. <br /> <br />Lastly, I am interested in the old city hall property on Highway <br />96.
