The reason we feel a survey is <br />needed is because if the property line on the north side of our property that is shared with <br />the Richters at 3552 Glenarden Rd is located where they think it is - and the Gode line <br />where he thinks it is - we therefore do not have the 80 foot frontage which our title states. <br /> <br />-There is already a variance on the north side of our property. There is only 14 feet <br />between the Richter honseand our house-note this is house to house and not property <br />line.. This variance was here before we moved into our home 10 in years ago. <br /> <br />-With a variance on the south side this wonld make a variance on both sides of our <br />property thus raising concerns regarding negative valuation on our property. <br /> <br />-If in the future, as we have been considering, we would like to place a fence along the <br />south edge of our property there would be only 4 feet or less between the Gode building <br />and the fence which raises concerns regarding sufficient space for maintenance of <br />proposed building. <br /> <br />. <br />
