<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />APRIL 14,2003 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant requested the following changes: Page 17, second to the <br />last line, replace the word "they" with Council. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem requested the following changes: Page 8, third line up <br />from the bottom where Mr. Parrish is talking about the City Mechanical System, <br />change HABC to HV AC. Page 9, under first planning case, add in why Guidant <br />was coming back for a PUD amendment. <br /> <br />Council member Holden requested the following changes: Page 9, under first <br />planning case, add plan approvals for training center and a research and <br />development facility. Page 10, number 4, Tramm Builders at the end of the first <br />sentence, should say: Development permit and development agreement at E2 and <br />Cleveland. Page 12, second paragraph, second line, $850,800 for a pedestrian <br />overpass. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Rem moved and Councilmember Grant <br />seconded a motion to approve the March 31, 2003, City <br />Council Meeting Minutes as amended. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />3.
