Development Agreement <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />Based on input from the March Council meeting, attached is the Guidant Development <br />Agreement for Council consideration and approval. Once the vacation occurs, "Exhibit F: <br />Declaration of Restrictive Covenants" and "Exhibit G: Xcel Access Easement" will need to be <br />attached to the document. Full copies of "Exhibit B: Guidant Master Plan PUD" and "Exhibit C: <br />Guidant AUAR Plan" have not been included but will be attached to the executed copy. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends the Council approve the development agreement. <br />
