The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />TCAAP - Resolution No. 03-37: A Resolution Opposinl! the Postal <br />Service's Relocation to the TCAAP Property <br /> <br />Ms. Young explained the Resolution would oppose the Postal Service's proposed <br />relocation to the TCAAP Property. <br /> <br />Mayor ApIikowski requested the Resolution be read into the record. <br /> <br />Ms. Young read the Resolution No. 03-37, for the record. <br /> <br />CounciImember Holden requested the following change: Paragraph I under the <br />Therefore clause, change the word because to since. <br /> <br />CounciImember Larson requested the following change: Paragraph 3 under the <br />Therefore clause to read: That a large postal distribution facility would create <br />more adverse noise, traffic, and visual impacts than any other uses anticipated by <br />the Vento Plan. <br /> <br />Mayor ApIikowski requested the fourth "whereas" clause be removed. <br /> <br />CounciImember Larson suggested instead of the clause being removed, it be <br />changed to read: "Whereas, in an effort to accommodate new residents in the <br />
