Resolution 03-50 Approving Arden Hills' Participation in the <br />Ramsey County Joint Maintenance Facility. <br />2. Additional Cold Storage Space Illustration <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />To finalize our commitment to the County and proceed with the construction of a joint <br />maintenance facility with Ramsey County and the School District, resolution #03-50 does the <br />following: <br /> <br />);> Approves the City's participation in the project <br />);> Authorizes execution of a purchase agreement in the amount of $2,387,514 <br />);> Provides for the formation of a Common Interest Community (CIC) subject to City <br />Council approval of the final documents. <br />);> Approves interim financing for the project <br /> <br />Purchase Agreement <br /> <br />Attached to the resolution is a purchase agreement between the City and the County. Under the <br />agreement, the County agrees to convey the City's space for $2,387,514. This is approximately <br />$100,000 more than the estimate provided to the Council at their May 27th Special City Council <br />Work Session. This is primarily attributed to the additional cold storage space requested by the <br />Council. The pricing is fIrm and based on the gross maximum price submitted by the contractor <br />
