<br />Exhibit E: Public Trailway Easement <br /> <br />4. Grantor, its successors and assigns in title, hereby reserves unto itself the right <br />to relocate the Trail Easement (at its cost), and/or temporarily obstruct the Trail Easement for <br />any reason at its sole discretion. <br /> <br />5. The covenants, conditions and restrictions of this Agreement for the Trail <br />Easement shall inure to the benefit of the City. The covenants, conditions and restrictions <br />herein set forth shall run with the land and be binding on all persons claiming ownership <br />thereunder. <br /> <br />6.
