Planninl!: Case No. 03-14 ~ Oppidan Amendment to the PUD <br />Mr. Hellegers explained the applicant was requesting an amendment to the <br />approved Planned Unit Development to allow for an addition of 3,600 square feet. <br />He stated the Planning Commission had recommended approval of the PUD <br />amendment with the conditions as noted in staffs June 30, 2003 report. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant asked what could be anticipated regarding the loading <br />areas. Paul Tucci, Oppidan, replied the loading areas would not change. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant inquired about the types of signs they were proposing. <br />Mr. Tucci summarized the types of signs they might be putting up. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded motion to approve Planning Case No. 03-14, KTJ <br />Limited Partnership Seventy-Nine, 3673 Lexington Avenue <br />North, PUD Amendment, with the conditions as noted in staffs <br />June 30, 2003 report. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />D. Ramsev County Maintenance Facility <br /> <br />Mr. HelJegers stated applicant was requesting approval of the revisions to the <br />design of the cold storage/screening wall. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Larson <br />seconded a motion to approve the revisions to the design of <br />the Ramsey County Maintenance Facility's cold <br />storage/screening wall subject to the conditions outlined in <br />staffs June 30, 2003 report. The motion carried unanimously <br />(4-0). <br /> <br />7. OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />None. <br />
