Licensees will need to apply for a special 2:00 a.m. license from the Alcohol and <br />Gambling Enforcement Division and pay a fee based on their previous annual 12 months <br />liquor receipts. <br /> <br />The Arden Hills Municipal Code currently states no sale of intoxicating liquor may be made <br />by an on-sale licensee between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Monday through Saturday; or after <br />1 :00 a.m. on Sunday, unless the licensee has also been issued a Sunday on-sale liquor license. <br />If the licensee has been issued a Sunday on-sale liquor license, they may sell intoxicating <br />liquor for consumption on the pretnises in conjunction with the sale of food between the <br />hours of 12:00 noon on Sunday and 1:00 a.m. on Monday. <br /> <br />Staff has received requests from on-sale liquor establishments to amend the Municipal Code <br />which would allow the sale of alcoholic beverages until 2:00 a.m. on all days of the week. <br />(Staff has notified cumnt liquor licensees to participate in the Monday, July 21, 2003 Work Session <br />discussion.) <br />
