First, there are <br />inconsistencies between the Zoning Map and Comprehensive Plan (Future Land Use) <br />Map. Second, because the Future Land Use Map did not seem to follow property lines it <br />resulted in some strange results. These results are small portions of property east of the <br />drainage ditch being designated as Neighborhood Business when they have no access <br />from Cleveland Avenue and the remainder of the property to the east ofthe drainage <br />ditch is designated as Low Density Residential. <br /> <br />PC #03-03 - CC Report 08/] 812003 .
