The area south of the County Exception is designated as <br />R-2: Single and Two Family Residential on the Zoning Map. However, the Future Land Use <br />Map shows four and a half parcels directly south of the County Exception which are currently' <br />designated as Neighborhood Business (in addition to the parcels currently zoned Neighborhood <br />Business). <br /> <br />In August of 1995 the Minnesota Legislature made amendments to the Metropolitan Land <br />Planning Act, which state that: "If the comprehensive municipal plan is in conflict with the <br />.' <br /> <br />PC 1103-03 -Council Memo 021003 - Page lof4 <br />
