PLANNING <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Development Moratorium: County Road H2 & Cleveland Avenue <br /> <br />Mr. Hellegers stated recent inquiries from interested developers had brought to <br />light conflicting designations on the Future Land Use and Zoning maps in the <br />vicinity of Cleveland Avenue and County Road E2. He requested the Council <br />consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 343 and establish the parameters of review <br />for the Planning COnnrllssion regarding this matter. <br /> <br />Liz Modesette. 3743 New Bril!hton Road, stated as a resident of this <br />neighborhood, she had followed this issue for many years. She stated she did not <br />believe the residents had been notified of the future land uses. She stated she <br />agreed With the future land use map and how it was laid out, given the history of <br />. the lots. She asked what the time frame was to complete the process of making this <br />area consistent, and if this could be expedited to be completed within one year. <br />Mr. Hellegers replied they hoped to get this done as soon as possible, possibly <br />within three months if everything went as planned. <br /> <br />Katie Conlev. 3777 New Bril!hton Road, stated her concern was that the location <br />. map was not the same as the Land Use or Zoning map. She asked if the City <br />would consider subdividing the lots, therefore, her neighbor could not tear down <br />his house and build a neighborhood business. Mr. Hellegers replied the City did <br />not intend to have the Neighborhood Business District zone in her area. <br />
