Moore; City Engineer, Greg Brown; City Planner, Peter <br />Hellegers; Recreation Program Supervisor, Michelle Olson; and Recording <br />Secretary, Kathleen Altman. <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Rem moved and Councilmember <br />Holden seconded a motion to approve the meeting <br />agenda.
