Staff has <br />responded to Council's concerns and requests. <br /> <br />OUTCOME: <br /> <br />. Page 10; Language regarding employees directly supervising a family member has <br />been amended to read as follows: In addition. no City employee is to be <br />assigned responsibility for supervising and directing the wotk of a regular full <br />time or regular part time employee who i8 a member of his/her immediate <br />family. <br />. Page 22; Council requested further clarification concerning FLSA rules for <br />Compensatory Time Off. Staff has provided FLSA rules. <br />. Page 22 & 25; regular fun time and regular part time employees have been <br />added to the J"ngnage, <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the amendments to the Arden Hills Personnel Policy, and <br />further directs Staff to deliver the amended version to all regular full time and regular part <br />time employees. <br />
