<br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy <br /> <br />&Regular Full-time Employee <br /> <br />Regular Part-time Employee <br /> <br />Service Credit <br /> <br />Temporary Employee <br /> <br />Termination <br /> <br />Transfer <br /> <br />~ <br />:"'R.(0'HTT1.fi <br /> <br />Effective June 29, 2002 <br /> <br />Regular full-time employee means a regular employee <br />who has successfully completed the required <br />probationary period and is scheduled for that number <br />of hours which make up the regularly scheduled <br />weekly or monthly period of service in the class. <br /> <br />Regular part-time employee means a regular <br />employee who has successfully completed the <br />required designated probationary period and is <br />employed on a schedule of Ml-20 or less hours per <br />we~. . <br /> <br />The specified period of time, required for an <br />employee to be eligible for benefits. <br /> <br />Temporary employee shall mean any person who is <br />engaged in part-time, seasonal, or casual <br />employment. Temporary employees shall not accrue <br />benefits or Personal Time Off. <br /> <br />The separation of an employee from the municipal <br />service as a result of discharge, resignation, <br />retirement, or death. <br /> <br />The position within the same class as the position <br />previously held.
