AND SUBDIVISIONS 4El THROUGH 4E5 ARE HEREBY ADDED TO <br />ZONING ORDINANCE #291 OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS TO READ AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section IV. E. Re-Zoning <br /> <br />The official tnlI.p fortbe City of Arden HiDs has been amended to indicate that the <br />descnlJed properties have re-zoned as follows: <br /> <br />Described ProlJerties. The following properties are generally located south of County <br />Road E-2, west of New Brighton Road, east of Cleveland Avenue, and north of the <br />Cottage Villas Development, and are also described by the following legal descriptions: <br /> <br />1. The south seventy-five (75) feet of Lot eight (8), Rohleder's Home and <br />Garden Acres, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on <br />file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, except the east five-hundred (500) feet thereof subject to <br />roads and easements of record, is rezoned from an R-2 zone (Single and Two <br />Family Residential District) to a NB zone (Neighborhood Business District) <br />pursuant to Ordinance #345. <br /> <br />2.
