<br />u.. <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />February 10, 2003 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Holden <br />seconded a motion adopting Ordinance No. 343: placing a <br />moratorium on the development of those parcels which show a <br />conflicting status on the Zoning Map and Future Land Use Plan <br />for a period of twelve (12) months, unless terminated or <br />extended by the City Council and to establish the parameters of <br />review for the Planning Commission in regard to Cleveland <br />Avenue and County Road E2. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant requested the Planning Commission look at this <br />immediately. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion to pass the Ordinance summary to reflect . <br />Ordinance No. 343. The motion carried unanimously (5:..0). <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski. requested. timely and complete infonnation be given to the <br />residents in the, area. She also requested the right-of-way issues be researched <br />prior to the Planning Co1ll111ission' s review. <br /> <br />B. TCAAPUPDATE <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish stated the regularly scheduled Development Team meeting focused on <br />the need to bring key stakeholders to the table for discussion. . In addition, the <br />need for a three-dimensional model that outlines existing conditions for the site <br />wasdiscussed. He noted the next meeting was scheduled for February 18, 2003. <br /> <br />Mr., Parrish stated the Advisory Panel met on February 4, 2003. He indicated the <br />presentation focused on the linkage between demographics and housing. The next <br />meeting is scheduled for March II, 2003, at City Hall. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish noted a letter h~ been sent requesting a joint meeting of the Arden . <br />Hills City Council and Ramsey County Board. <br />
