The <br />height above grade at the northwest slair core will be approximately 34 feeL The northeast <br />stair/elevator core will be approximately 44 feet above grade; The exterior will incorporate <br />cast-stone, metal panel and glass. TIre design builds on the precedent established by the <br />previously approved Training Center project, which is now WIder construction. The west and <br />south elevations of the ramp will incorporate a lattice system to allow for the development of <br />a "grow waiL" The "grow wall" will be planted with vines to aid in the screening of vehicles, <br /> <br />Guidant is requesting site plan approval for an addition to Building 'N', Refer to the Campus <br />Master Plan P.U,D. for location, The building addition will be a one story, 31,000 square <br />foot, steel structure, matehing the existing building height of 26 feet, TIre exterior will <br />incorporate brick, cast stone, metal panel and glass. TIre design will be consistent with the <br />Tmining Center and Building E addition, both of which are Wlder construction, The building <br />will house development and assembly of medical device components. The existing portions <br />of the building will be re-clad with stucco to follow the design of Building 'F', <br /> <br />::W63-24- 2) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />Guidant is requesting an amendment to its Campus Master Plan P,U,D.
