Case #03-23,24 and 25 <br /> <br />My husband and I are very concemed about any more Guidant development, partkularly a <br />parking ramp - especially if it results in any more traffic on Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />I just returned home at 4:15 pm and the traffic on Hamline is backed up all th., way from 96 to <br />694. Even on a good day, the traffic coming from County Road F onlD Hamline -- north or <br />south-.is an accident waitiD8 lD happen as cars exit 694 onto Hamli""- <br /> <br />I know that many times we and others have to wait 10 minutes or more to come out of Arden <br />View Drive onto Hamline. <br /> <br />Allowing Guidant to continue development and therefore continue pouring traffic onto Hamline <br />does not benefit Arden Hills residents. This increased traffic has definilely negati~ly affected our <br />lives. <br />
