Case #03-23,24 and 2S <br /> <br />My husband and I are very concerned about any more Guidant development, particularly a <br />parking ramp - especially if it resulu in any more traffic on Hamline AVenue. <br /> <br />I just returned home at 4: 15 pm and the traffic on Hamline is hacked up all the way from 96 to <br />694. Even on a good day, the traffic coming from County Road F onto Hamline __ north or <br />south-- is an accident waiting to happen as cars exit 694 onto Hamline. <br /> <br />I know that many times we and others ha'lll: to wait 10 minutes or more to come out of Arden <br />View Drive onto Hamline. <br /> <br />Allowing Cuidant to continue development and therefore continue pouring traffic onto Hamline <br />does not benefit Al'den Hills residenu.
