That a fire suppression system to be approved through the Lake Johanna Fire <br />Department and the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />Chair Sand invited anyone for or against the variance to come forward and make <br />comment. <br /> <br />There were no comments made. <br /> <br />Chair Sand closed the public hearing at 8:44 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Larson to recommend <br />approval of Planning Case No. 03-24, Guidant Site Plan Review for Building N. 4100 <br />North Hamline Avenue, subject to the ten conditions as outlined in staff's September 3, <br />2003 report. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br /> <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br />None. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Planning Commissioners <br /> <br />The Commissioners discussed how the City could be more proactive with respect to <br />development and redevelopment. Mayor Aplikowski noted now that the City was ahnost <br />fully staffed, it would allow Mr. Parrish and other staff members more time to focus on <br />development and redevelopment issues. <br /> <br />B. Staff <br /> <br />Mr. Hellegers stated the work session for the Zoning Code revisions would be prior to the <br />October I, 2003 Planning Commission meeting at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />C. Conncil Member <br /> <br />Council Member Larson introduced the new City Administrator Michelle Wolfe and <br />updated the Commission on recent City Council actions and TCAAP developments. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Ricke to adjourn the <br />meeting at 9: 15 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br />
