Moore; City Engineer, Greg Brown; <br />City Planner, Pete Hellegers; and Recording Secretary, Kathleen Altman. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski introduced and welcomed the new City Administrator, <br />Michelle Wolfe. <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded <br />a motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion <br />carried unanimously (4-0). <br />
