<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />AUGUST 12,2002 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. Work beyond $75,000 is conditioned On approval of the <br />Interim Development Agreement. <br /> <br />3. An Advisory Panel is established, and the names of the <br />Advisory Panel be presented to Council before they are <br />appointed. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst stated he did not know of any developer meetings that were held <br />that the Council Members were not invited to attend. He indicated it was critical <br />that there was a conSensus among the Council Members regarding TCAAP. <br /> <br />Council Member Aplikowski replied she did not believe the City could control the <br />development of TCAAP' and she expressed concern that the Council Members <br />had not talked about their visions fOT TCAAP. <br /> <br />Council Member Rem requested the Council is informed in advance when all <br />development meetings were taking place. <br /> <br />Council Member Grant requested Council schedule a meeting to discuss their <br />visions for TCAAP. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Council Member Larson stated he believed he had been informed of aU the <br />important meetings and was comfortable with the process being proposed. <br /> <br />Council Member Aplikowski requested the foUowing friendly amendment "with a <br />condition that the Advisory Panel names are brought to Council before <br />appointed." Council Member Larson and Mayor Probst accepted the friendly <br />amendment. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Mayor Probst exited the meeting at 8:08 p.m. and turned over the meeting to <br />Acting Mayor Rem. <br /> <br />B.
