In addition, the applicant has proposed moving the new <br />garage to be five feet from the south (side) property line thereby lessening one <br />variance and potentially eliminating one of the two variances if the proposed <br />Zoning Ordinance changes are adopted later this fall. <br /> <br />Deadline for Mencv Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on August 4 <br />2003. Pursuant to Minnesota Stale Statue, the city must act on this request by October 5, <br />2003 (60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an <br />additional 60 day review period. The applicant shall file all necessary building permits with the Building Official <br />prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />2.
