<br />"Internal Service Fund" means a fund used to aceount for the financing of goods
<br />and services provided by one department or agency to other departments or
<br />agencies of the County, or to other governments, on a cost-reimbursement basis.
<br />"Operating Budget" means the budget to maintain and operate the Facility,
<br />including, but not limited to; building maintenance, staffing, and building
<br />replacemeut costs, landseape maintenance, janitorial services, utilities, (including
<br />HV AC, water, sewer, electricity), facility insurance, management fees and costs,
<br />and related expenses.
<br />"Parties" means Ramsey County, Mounds View School District, and City of
<br />Arden Hills.
<br />"Operations Committee" shall be made up of representative from Ramsey
<br />County, the City of Arden Hills, and the Mounds View School District, and shall
<br />mean the committee responsible for making decisions on the operations, care,
<br />upkeep and maintenance of the Facility.
<br />"Retained Earnings" means the accumulated earnings from interest acerual and
<br />earned income that may be available for budgeting and expending in future
<br />periods.
<br />"Common Elements" means all portions ofthe Facility other than the Ramsey
<br />County Parcel, Arden Hills Parcel, and Mounds View Schools Parcel. Common
<br />Elements shall generally include all portions of the roof, floor, windows, exterior
<br />walls, interior walls, landseaped areas, and parking lots.
<br />"Facility" is the Ramsey County Publie WorkslPartners Facility and shall mean
<br />the physical structure and land as described sub-section A and B of Section IV of
<br />this agreement.
<br />"Governmental" shall be understood to mean any branch ofthe Federal
<br />Government, State of Minnesota, and/or political sub-divisions ofthe State of
<br />Minnesota.
<br />"Arden Hills Parcel" shall mean that portion of the Ramsey County Publie
<br />Works/Partners Facility as defined in Article N, and as graphically depicted in
<br />ATTACHMENT AI, and further delineated in the as-built drawings prepared by
<br />the parties in accordance with Article V, paragraph 4, hereof.
<br />"Ramsey Countv Parcel" shall mean that portion of the Ramsey County Public
<br />Works/Partners Facility as defined in Article N, and as graphically depicted in
<br />ATTACHMENT AI, and further delineated in the as-built drawings prepared by
<br />the parties in accordance with Article V, paragraph 4, hereof.
<br />"Mounds View Schools Parcel" shall mean that portion ofthe Ramsey County
<br />Public Works/Partners Facility as defined in Article N, and as graphically
<br />depicted in ATTACHMENT AI, and further delineated in the as-built drawings
<br />prepared by the parties in accordance with Article V, paragraph 4, hereof.
