<br />. ~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />DRAFT <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 27, 2003, 7:00 P.M. <br />CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1245 WEST HIGHWAY 96 <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski requested a moment of silence for the people and cities in <br />California for the losses they are sustaining. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Beverly Aplikowski called to <br />. order the regular City Council meeting at 7:04 p.rn. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Beverly Aplikowski, Councilmembers David Grant, <br />Lois Rem, Gregg Larson, and Brenda Holden. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Also present were City Administrator, Michelle Wolfe; Director of <br />Community Development/Assistant City Administrator, Aaron Parrish; City <br />Attorney, Jerry Filla; Operations and Maintenance Director, Thomas Moore; <br />City Engineer, Greg Brown; City Planner, Pete Hellegers; and Recording <br />Secretary, Kathleen Altman. <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA <br /> <br />Ms. Wolfe stated item SA, Planning Case 03-12: Big Ten request for variance, <br />was being added to the agenda, and item 6A, Planning Case No. 03-26: Ramsey <br />County Public Works, 1425 W. Highway 96, Special Use Permit Amendment for <br />Patrol Station Addition would be moved to item 5B. <br /> <br />. <br />
