Therefore, in Planning Case #03-12, based on the findings stated above aud the review of <br />the site plan which does not comply with several sections of the City Zoning Ordinance, <br />staff is recommending that the variance rcquest of 1,699 square feet from the Special <br />Requirements for the maximum size of a restaurant in the Neighborhood Business <br />District be denied; and for that the variance request to allow the enlargement of a non- <br />conforming use (Section 9, D of the Zoning Ordinance, Prohibited Activities for Non- <br />Conforming Uses) be denied based on the findings stated above.
