Although <br />private utility upgrades and modifications may be done in conjunction with <br />this proposed project they would not be installed as part of this proposed <br />project and have no impact on the project budget or assessments. <br /> <br />PART II <br />PROJECT COSTS, FUNDING AND SCHDULE <br /> <br />A. Project Costs <br /> <br />Preliminary project cost estimates have been prepared for the proposed <br />improvements and the alternatives discussed in this report for the <br />consideration of the Council. Project costs shown below include a 10% <br />contingency cost and 26% for administrative costs. Administrative costs <br />include engineering, planning, legal, fiscal and City staff expenses.
