The improvements outlined in this report will
bring the Edgewater Neighborhood pavements and utilities from very poor
to excellent condition and reduce maintenance costs for the city. Equally
important, the proposed drainage improvements will enhance the water
quality of Lake Josephine.

Project costs, as illustrated herein, are reasonable and representative of the
proposed scope of improvements. The scope of the project should also help
the City realize savings in construction unit prices as well as the associated
engineering and administrative fees.

If more information is needed to make better informed decisions on the
work outlined in this report we will be happy to provide that information to
the Council

11
