Enclosed is a plan review application for your records. Submit plans, this <br />completed application and a plan review fee of $237.50 to this department for review. <br /> <br />At the inspection of 10/3/03, we discussed some of your outstanding building issues that <br />will be corrected at the time of remodel, particularly some repairs that need to be <br />corrected in the basement prep area and the wait area. The following is a list of items <br />that need to be addressed in the plan-review process: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1, Relocation of the kitchen handsink The current location does not encourage <br />frequent handwashing, as it is located at the top of the basement stairs. <br />2, Relocation of the food prep area to the main kitchen. Food prep is currently <br />being done in the basement prep area and the handsink is not conveniently <br />located to this area. <br />3, Redesign of the cooking area. This area is currently in a very small location <br />and more space is needed. <br />4. Relocation of the dishwashing area. The current dishmachine is located too <br />close to the cooking area in the kitchen. <br />5.
