Any violation by Permittee, its successors or assigns, of the provisions of this Special Use <br />Permit shall be deemed a violation of the Arden Hills Zoning Regulations entitling the <br />City of the various remedies provided therein. <br /> <br />6. A certified copy of the Special Use Permit shall be filed by the City Administrator with <br />the Ramsey County Recorder or Registrar of Titles. rfthe Subject Property is torrens, the <br />Permittee shall provide the City with the Owner's duplicate Certificate of Title in order to <br />allow the City to file a certified copy of this Special Use Permit. <br /> <br />7.
