Overview <br /> <br />As part of our continuing discussion regarding the potential amendment to the Interim <br />Development Agreement, Centex and Ryan Companies will be making presentations outlining <br />their respective firms past projects. These will be presented at the meeting. <br /> <br />In addition, eRR is in the process of compiling a general environmental update with a particular <br />focus on the status of the Phase II environmental site assessment. More specifically, the report <br />will outline the perceived deficiencies of the Phase II environmental site assessment from the <br />Development Team and City's perspective, discuss tbe EPA and MPCA's preliminary comments <br />on the document, and outline how the current leyel of characterization will be used to inform the <br />land use planning efforts. This report will be provided at the meeting with the anticipation that a <br />more formal discussion will occur in January once the Council has had the opportunity to review <br />the document. Finally, additional information from the three companies currently providing <br />proposals for environmental insurance may also be available in January. <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />I.
