The City shall have reasonable <br />access to the library property for such maintenance purposes. <br /> <br />Snow removal services shall include plowing of the public and staff parking lots and removal of the snow on <br />the sidewalks leacling to the public and staff entrances, before the library in Arden Hills is open to the public . <br />(Library schedule follows). Lawn maintenance includes mowing of the lawn on the property.
