I will address the issues in the order <br />they appear in your letter. <br /> <br />Legal descriptions. The legal description for 3331 and 3355 New Brighton Road appears on the <br />new survey that I provided, however, I have enclosed a separate attachment with the legal <br />description for both 3331 and 3355 New Brighton Road for you files. <br /> <br />Additional Narrative.
